Basic Email Settings

Incoming Server Info
Incoming mail server is an IMAP server.
Incoming mail server name: imap.internetpro.net
Incoming mail server port: 143 using TLS

SMTP or Outgoing Server Info
Outgoing mail server name:  smtp.internetpro.net
Outgoing server requires authentication.
Outgoing mail server port: 587  using TLS
User name or account name is entire email address (e.g. support@internetpro.net instead of just support)

Our web-based email interface can be found on our home page or by going to https://webmail.internetpro.net.

The web-based interface will allow you to choose one of two webmail clients (Tuxedo or Webmail Lite).  It will also allow you to change your email settings such as whitelists, blacklists, autoresponders, and password changes.

 

Additional Email Settings

Our email servers also handle POP if you prefer. Here are those settings:
Incoming mail server name: pop.internetpro.net
Incoming mail server port: 110 using TLS

Our email servers support SSL and TLS on POP3, IMAP, and SMTP.

If you prefer SSL, we support that protocol on POP3, IMAP, and SMTP.  You should use port 995 for POP3 with SSL, port 993 for IMAP, and port 465 for SMTP.
